Nathaniel⁸ Millet (Nathaniel⁷, Thomas⁶, Nathaniel⁵, Thomas⁴, John³, William², John¹) was born on 10 Mar 1727 at Beverly, Essex, Massachusetts.^40,14 Nathaniel, age 21 married Mary Elizabeth Crompton, daughter of Francis Crompton and Esther (--?--), on 1 Dec 1748 at Hopkinton, Massachusetts.^41,14,42 He died in Nov 1757 at Halifax, Halifax County, Nova Scotia, at age 30.¹⁴

He was listed among the members of Captain Charles Morris's Company in the Honorable Brigadier General Waldo's Regiment of Foot, on duty at the Garrison of Annapolis Royall on 8 Sep 1747.⁴³
