Commands on the Appearance menu control formatting options that are common to all output formats.
Show IDs
When Appearance>Show IDs is checked, TMG IDs are included in the output report.
Middle Initials
When Appearance>Middle Initials is checked, middle initials are shown in place of middle names.
This option will reduce the size of the report somewhat. You may want to use it when creating HTML calendars.
