Commands on the Options menu control various options within OTD.
Report Date Range
Choose Day from the Report Date Range submenu to restrict the report to events on a single day.
Choose Week to restrict the report to events in a single week.
Choose Month to restrict the report to events in a single month.
Note that in OTD, February always has 29 days. In non-leap years, OTD shows a "virtual" February 29 in order to have a space for the events that occurred on February 29 in other years. OTD shows only a single month at a time, so there is always room for February 29.
Output Type
When you choose Screen, OTD writes the output report in the main window. Each name in the list is a clickable link.
When you click on a name, the program opens a Mocakebi window with the focus set to that name. You can review the tags for that person and navigate to his or her parents, children, spouses, etc.
When you choose HTML, OTD writes the output report to an HTML file and opens the HTML file in your browser. Names are not clickable in the HTML report except when you use the HTML>Make Calendar for Year command.
When you choose Microsoft Outlook, OTD exports events to Microsoft Outlook.
Refresh Now
Use this command to update the output report.
Auto-Refresh
When Auto-Refresh is checked, OTD will refresh the output report after any change to the filter, date, or appearance options.
