Commands on the Outlook menu control options related to exporting events to MS Outlook.
OTD is designed to support Outlook 2000 and Outlook 98.
Reminder
Use this submenu to choose whether or not OTD sets reminders for each of the events exported to MS Outlook.
Due to the design of MS Outlook, reminders will only work when events are exported to the default folder for appointments. That folder is named "Calendar" unless Outlook has been customized.
Delete OTD Appointments
Use this command to delete all OTD-created appointments in a particular folder.
When events are exported to MS Outlook, OTD sets the item category to "[OTD]". OTD will only delete items whose category includes "[OTD]".
