I Martin Conneely of Kilkerrin in the Parish Moyrus has this day the 13th Decemeber 1921. sold my right of [illeg] sub-Tennancy of the land [illeg] Loughconeera, to Peter Cloherty of Loughconeera for the sum of £80 Sterling £ 20. Paid on this instant and the balance of the amount to be paid on or before the 1st of March 1922.
