Overview
These strings are used when Second Site is formatting references to people.
Properties
The Strings.People Strings.Missing Person String property is the string Second Site uses when a person variable is not conditional but the person is not specified. The default is "an unknown person".
The Strings.People Strings.Missing Parents String property is the string Second Site uses when a parent variable is not conditional but the primary parents are unknown. The default is "whose parents are unknown".
The Strings.People Strings.Parent Sentence property is the string Second Site uses as a sentence when the user checks the Pages.Style.Add Parent Sentence checkbox. The default is "[P] was the <[PARX]>||[P] is the <[PARX]>".
The Strings.People Strings.Parent of Woman Sentence property is the string Second Site uses as a sentence when the user checks the Pages.Style.Add Parent Sentence checkbox and the subject is female. The default is blank in English, and in that case the Parent Sentence is used. In some languages, the sentence must vary based on the gender of the subject, and in those cases, the default value is not blank.
The PARX variable is a Second Site variable; it is not a TMG variable. PARX is similar to PAR, but PARX does not include the leading comma and space as part of the value of the variable.
The Multiple People Conjunction property is the string Second Site uses as a conjunction in a list of names. The default is "and".
The Strings.People Strings.Son of String property is the string Second Site uses when constructing the value of a parent variable for a male. The default is "son of".
The Strings.People Strings.Daughter of String property is the string Second Site uses when constructing the value of a parent variable for a female. The default is "daughter of".
The Strings.People Strings.Child of String property is the string Second Site uses when constructing the value of a parent variable for a person whose gender is unknown. The default is "child of".
The Strings.People Strings.Children of String property is the string Second Site uses when constructing the value of a parent variable for multiple people. The default is "children of". At present, this string is only used to construct the header for the Children section; it is not used in the body of the narrative.
The Strings.People Strings.Living People property is the string Second Site uses for people excluded because they are living when constructing a lifespan entry in the Children section. The default is "(living)".
The Strings.People Strings.Excluded People property is the string Second Site uses for people excluded because they do not pass the flag filter when constructing a lifespan entry in the Children section. The default is "(excluded)".
The Strings.People Strings.Reference Label property is the string Second Site uses as the label for the Reference field. The default is "Reference".
The Strings.People Strings.Last Edited Label property is the string Second Site uses as the label for the Last Edited date. The default is "Last Edited".
The Strings.People Strings.Children Indicator property is the string Second Site uses as the symbol that follows a child's name when the child has children. The default is "<b>+</b>" (a bold plus sign).
